The forks' inner tubes are exposed, not protected. Even a small piece of stone can damage the chrome on the tube and cause oil-seal damage, the fork to leak oil. Your trip ruined and the repair costs are eye watering.

Use whatever material you prefer. PLA is just fine, PETG is better. On standard settings (2 wall layers)Â my printer takes 2 hours for the larger piece (per side) and 15 minutes for the smaller piece (per side).
