Too much hot air is being channeled to the left leg on this motorbike. In the summer if you want to ride in shorts the heathsield is a must to have. I have been riding in shorts and knee-braces but still burnt my skin. As soon as you install the left side shield and don't get the burning feeling there anymore, you will notice it is unpleasent on the right side too and you will want a right side heatshield as well. Trust me! The engine will not overheat, the hot air is not stuck because of this heatshield, it still has plenty space/direction to escape. Check the BMW F900GSA (A!) how it is done.

I decided to stop producing this. Carbonfibre and epoxy are so toxic I don't want to deal with these materials anymore.
Materials: Fiberglass 200gr/m2, carbon fiber (3K, 0.2mm), high temperature resistant resin, weatherproof gel coat.
Layers: LEFT side: 1 layer carbon fibre, 1 layer fiberglass - does not need strength. RIGHT: 1 layer carbon, 2 layers of fiberglass - needs strength due to how it is fixed.
Weight: Left ~30 gramms, Right ~45 gramms.
